1. Single Family - SF
2. Apartment or Multi-Family - MF
3. Condominiums - CO
4. Duplexes - DU
5. Garden type homes - GA

The different economic levels of households you can select.

Select your target audience household mailing lists from the seven (7) different "Household Value Levels" listed below :

1. A Scale Households - Upper Up-Scale - $400,000 and above
2. B Scale Households - Mid Up-Scale - $325,000 to $399,999
3. C Scale Households - Lower Up-Scale - $250,000 to $324,999
4. D Scale Households - Above Average - $175,000 to $250,000
5. E Scale Households - Average - $120,000 to $174,999
6. F Scale Households -  Below Average - Less than $120,000
7. N Scale Households - Not Rated

The different Sections of households within a Zip Code you can select.

To obtain select household targeting information for your promotional mailing programs, we have provided you with a list of household counts, by Audience Section, within a Zip Code. All Sections within a Zip Code are now a three digit number that range from "001" to "998". Section "999" is still reserved for household addresses that have not yet been formated. Each Section record in the report includes:

1. ZIP= (Zip Code.)
2. SEC= (Household Audience Section Number.)
3. ECO/LVL= (Economic Level of Households within the Section.)
4. TYPE/HH= (Type of Households contained within the Section.)
5. COUNT= (Defines how many households are contained within the Section.)
